Stay Connected With Pictures From Your Road Service Calls

It would be easy if your trucks could bring home every tire after a road service call. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. That’s where TirePix from Goodyear Fleet HQSM can help. TirePix provides photos of the tire that was replaced. It gives you information as if you were at the service call.

Here’s How TirePix Works

Step 1 You or one of your drivers calls the Goodyear Fleet HQ Solution Center
Step 2 A Goodyear Fleet HQ agent collects information about your breakdown and dispatches a technician
Step 3 The technician replaces your tire and gets your truck back on the road
Step 4 The tire removed from service is taken to a Goodyear Fleet HQ Dealer facility
Step 5 Two photos are taken of the tire*
• One photo documents the D.O.T. information
• The second photo provides a close-up of the damaged area
Step 6 Photos are attached to the associated call report

You can view your TirePix photos along with call reports at FleetHQ.com.

Who can get TirePix?

TirePix is available to Goodyear® National Accounts and all fleets. 

How long are Pix available?

Pix are available for fleets to view/download for at least 30 days.
* Photos are helpful, but an examination of the actual tire is necessary to help understand the reason for removal.
