How do I select different tires for steer, drive, or trail positions?

The buying experience will help guide you to select the optimal tire based on vocation, position, and size. If you would like to buy a tire for another position (steer, drive, or trail), you must start another shopping cart order. Please be sure to select the same installer and appointment time.

Pricing and Payment

Do the prices shown include Federal Excise Tax (FET)?

Prices do not include FET. FET and sales tax will be calculated before checkout.

How are casing credits and/or disposal fees determined?

If you would like a casing credit, you can talk to your installer about what they offer during your appointment. If tire disposal is determined, additional disposal fees may apply.

Will there be any additional costs during the installation appointment?

The amount you see at checkout is the amount that you will be charged for tires and standard installation. You’ll pay online, and your order will be ready when you arrive for your appointment.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately upon purchase.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®. Of course, you’ll also be able to use your Goodyear Credit Card.

I’ve been approved for my Goodyear Credit Card but don’t have my card number or security code. What should I do?

If you accidentally closed your web browser or shopping cart window when applying for your Card, Citi couldn’t send us your information. But it’s easy to get that information to enter manually by calling the Citi customer service line at 1-855-499-4817.

Will you store my credit card information?

No, your full credit card information will not be stored on this site.

How do I make sure my emailed receipt won’t go to my spam folder?

You can add [email protected] to your address book so that our emails won’t get stuck in your spam folder. If that doesn’t work, please refer to the help section through your email provider.


How do I notify the installer of any special requests?

If you know of a special vehicle or installation request, please call the installer 24 hours before your appointment to let them know.
